What we collect and why
- Free quote, contact and emergency forms: your name and phone number and, where a form asks for them or you choose to add them, your email, site postcode and details of your requirements, used to respond to you and prepare a proposal (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- Careers form: name, contact details, location, licence type, right-to-work status and experience, used to assess your application (steps prior to a contract; legal obligation for right-to-work checks).
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed on our own web server and emailed to our team; no third-party form service is used. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Job applications made on our recruitment portal are processed by its provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become contracts: a limited period. Unsuccessful job applications: a limited period. Client and employee records are kept in line with our data protection policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
