Every assignment is planned around written assignment instructions agreed with you: patrol routes, access rules, alarm and fire procedures, escalation contacts and reporting. Officers log activity and incidents as they happen, supervisors visit unannounced, and our operations team carries out welfare checks through the night, so lone officers are never out of contact.
Because 2015 Security is an SIA Approved Contractor for Security Guarding, our guarding service is independently assessed under the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme. Officers are screened in line with BS 7858 before deployment, and we can combine guarding with mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response for out-of-hours cover.
