Overview

Mobile Patrols across the UK.

Mobile security patrols send a licensed officer in a marked vehicle to your site at unpredictable times, to check perimeters, doors and windows, deter intruders and respond to anything out of place. Patrols suit sites that do not need a full-time officer: retail parks, industrial estates, construction sites, vacant property and multi-site portfolios across London and the UK.

Each visit follows a checklist agreed with you: external and internal checks, lock-up and unlock, alarm setting, lights and plant. Patrol times are randomised so they cannot be predicted. After every visit you receive a time-stamped report, and anything urgent is escalated immediately to you, the police or the emergency services.

Patrols are often combined with key holding and alarm response, so the same team that knows your site attends when the alarm goes off. Officers are SIA-licensed and BS 7858-vetted, working under our SIA-approved Security Guarding service.

FAQs

Mobile Patrols: questions.

All FAQs
How much do mobile security patrols cost compared with a guard?

Patrols are usually far cheaper than a full-time officer because you pay per visit rather than per hour. The price depends on the number of visits, the checks on each visit and the distance between sites. We quote after agreeing the patrol plan.

How often should a site be patrolled?

It depends on the risk, the site and any insurer conditions. Some sites need one lock-up check a night; higher-risk sites need several randomised visits. We recommend a frequency after the survey and adjust it as the risk changes.

Do you send a report after each patrol?

Yes. Every visit is recorded with the time and the checks completed, and anything unusual is reported straight away.

How often do your mobile patrols visit my site?

Patrol times and frequency are tailored to your needs – from hourly checks to multiple randomised visits throughout the night.

Are your mobile patrol vehicles marked?

Yes. Our patrol vehicles are clearly liveried, making them a strong visual deterrent.

What happens if your officers find a problem on site?

They respond immediately – securing the area, notifying you, escalating where needed, and recording all details in a digital incident report.

Do you integrate mobile patrols with alarm response?

Yes. Mobile patrols work perfectly with alarm response and key holding services, ensuring fast attendance in emergencies.

Are your officers SIA-licensed and vetted?

Yes. All officers are fully SIA-licensed and vetted to BS 7858 standards.
